Every property is unique. Here’s what affects pricing and what most homeowners in Halifax HRM can expect to invest.
Pricing is based on size, complexity, accessibility, water supply, property type, and distance from the city radius. We do not charge based on the severity of organic growth.
Detached, semi-detached, and townhouse properties are priced fairly. We do not offer single-side cleaning. We provide full house washes only.
Window cleaning is priced based on the number of glass panes on the home, not the severity of dirt or the height of the windows.
Our base price starts at $299, then adjusts based on the amount of windows and panes. Most homes typically fall between $299 and $499.
Roof cleaning depends on the size of the roof, severity of growth, type of organic buildup, roof pitch, access, and overall complexity.
Most roof treatments fall between $599 and $999. Pressure washing is not used on shingles because it can damage the roof system.
Driveway cleaning depends on total square footage, driveway surface, access, drainage, and the type of cleaning required.
Most standard driveways fall between $299 and $499. Oil, rust, or specialty stain treatments may require a separate assessment.
Properties located outside our regular city service area may be subject to additional travel fees. When you request a quote, we make this clear before anything is scheduled.
Every property is different. A single-family home, townhouse, multi-residential building, or commercial property can all require different levels of time, access, equipment, and planning.
Complexity, distance, urgency, property type, and the type of cleaning needed all play a role in the final price.
We always aim to offer the best possible price for the right scope of work. The final price depends on the size of the home, access, water availability, exterior surfaces, and overall project complexity.
Bundle pricing may be available when adding one or more services together. Multi-unit pricing may also be available for bookings of two or more properties. Ask our sales team to discuss the best option for your property.
The cheapest quote can sometimes lead to bigger problems later. Many beginner companies use pressure washing instead of proper soft washing, which can damage siding, force water behind soffits, break window seals, cut screens, or leave organic growth untreated.
Pressure washing is like giving organic growth a haircut, while soft washing is like giving organic growth a treatment.
You’re investing in the care and protection of your home.
